SPEAKERS

Dr. Xavier Cooper

Dr. Xavier Cooper is a Dallas native, Doctor of Chiropractic, and founder of Prolific Chiropractic. A proud Logan University alumnus, Class of 2021, Dr. Cooper’s journey into healthcare is rooted in resilience, purpose, and service. His early life was marked by foster care, instability, and a life-altering accident that shaped his deep understanding of trauma, the nervous system, and the body’s innate capacity to heal.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, Dr. Cooper returned home to Dallas with a mission: to serve the community that raised him and to redefine what holistic, patient-centered care looks like. He founded Prolific Chiropractic on the belief that healing goes beyond symptom management; it’s about restoring nervous system balance, empowering individuals, and creating lasting change.

Dr. Edgar Everett III

Like many of you, Dr. Edgar Everett III is driven to bring to his practice members a caring, inspiring, and solution-based style of health care. Since being in practice, he has seen the Chiropractic landscape shift dramatically. People need us more and more. What has changed so much? Is it that the old healthcare model is broken?

Dr. Everett attended Illinois State University before attending Logan College of Chiropractic. Over the past decade of serving his practice members, volunteering at community clinics, mentoring Chiropractic students, and public speaking, his views on the solutions have been molded. Edgar has come to understand that having an impact on your community comes from compassion, hard work, and intelligent decision making. Chiropractic is a way of life. He is a member of the ABCA, IFCO, and the ICA.

Though sometimes his views can be a bit disruptive, Dr. Everett’s goal is to challenge the status quo and stretch your consciousness. He believes that being challenged filters out those who want more and those who are complacent.

Edgar currently resides in St Louis, MO. He is a partner at Proficient Chiropractic in the metro area and a founding partner of Evoke Chiropractic Coaching.

Dr. Dena Granger

Dr. Dena Granger is a Doctor of Chiropractic, healthcare entrepreneur, and leadership mentor dedicated to transforming how chiropractors build, lead, and sustain successful practices. An Alabama native, Dr. Granger earned her Bachelor of Science from Alabama A&M University and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University.

In 2016, she founded The Chiro Place, which has grown from a single clinic into a multi-location chiropractic brand spanning multiple states. Her approach blends patient-centered care with strong operational systems, leadership development, and intentional culture-building—proving that sustainable growth requires more than clinical skill alone.

Dr. Granger is also the founder of ChiroBoss, a mentorship and training platform designed to equip chiropractors with the systems, mindset, and leadership skills necessary to thrive as business owners. Through ChiroBoss, she helps doctors move beyond survival mode into ownership-level thinking, emphasizing structure, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

As a speaker, Dr. Granger is known for her candid, practical insights into entrepreneurship, leadership, and systems-driven success. Her message challenges future chiropractors to Boss Up—to lead with purpose, build with intention, and create practices that support both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

Dr. Maurice Isuo

Dr. Isuo was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Mansfield, TX, after his parents moved from Nigeria to the states for better opportunities. Dr. Isuo spent most of his life playing football, and studied at the University of Texas at Arlington in applied Kinesiology with Clinical Application. From there, he went to Parker University to receive his Master's Degree in Neuroscience and his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

From Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, Dr. Isuo has traveled around the world, on many mission trips, to master his technique and help local communities. He loves to serve, having accumulated over 10,000 adjustments in his several years of mission work.

Dr. Isuo specializes in a specific and distinct technique called "Hand Alchemy", where he helps in correcting many odd and unfamiliar diagnoses within the scope of chiropractic. Dr. Isuo's mission in life is to serve as many people as possible within the healing art of chiropractic.
