ABCA Membership Application
Welcome to the American Black Chiropractic Association (ABCA). We are excited that you are taking the next step toward joining a national community of doctors, students, and leaders committed to excellence, service, and advancing diversity within the chiropractic profession.
To ensure your application is processed smoothly and without delay, please review and follow the instructions below.
1. Choose Your Membership Type
Select the membership that best reflects your current status:
- Lifetime
- Annual DC
- 1ST YR DC
- 2ND YR DC
- Organization Non DC Affiliate
- Student Member
- 1ST YR DC SABCA Member
If you are unsure which membership applies to you, please email: membership@abcachiro.com before submitting the application.
2. Enter Contact Information with a Personal Email Address (Required for Students)
All student applicants must use a personal email address. School‑issued email addresses (e.g., .edu accounts) are not accepted and will delay processing.
All other members may use either a personal or business email.
3. Complete All Required Membership Fields
Please provide accurate and complete information for all sections
- Personal Information
- Demographic Information
- Academic or Professional Information
4. Upload Any Required Documentation
- Proof of enrollment (students)
- Copy of diploma (DC members)
Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.
5. Submit The Application
Once all sections are complete:
- Click Submit
- You will receive a confirmation email within 5–10 minutes
- If additional information is needed, the Membership Committee will contact you directly
Most applications are processed within 5–7 business days. Student applications may take slightly longer during peak enrollment periods.
