SPEAKERS

Dr. Xavier Cooper

Dr. Xavier Cooper is a Dallas native, Doctor of Chiropractic, and founder of Prolific Chiropractic. A proud Logan University alumnus, Class of 2021, Dr. Cooper’s journey into healthcare is rooted in resilience, purpose, and service. His early life was marked by foster care, instability, and a life-altering accident that shaped his deep understanding of trauma, the nervous system, and the body’s innate capacity to heal.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, Dr. Cooper returned home to Dallas with a mission: to serve the community that raised him and to redefine what holistic, patient-centered care looks like. He founded Prolific Chiropractic on the belief that healing goes beyond symptom management; it’s about restoring nervous system balance, empowering individuals, and creating lasting change.

Dr. Michael Jula

Michael P. Jula, DC, is an assistant professor at Logan University, where he teaches the Reinert Specific Diversified Technique in the College of Chiropractic.  An April 2004 Logan graduate, Dr. Jula has based the foundation of how he practices chiropractic on the use of this core Logan adjusting technique both in the Logan clinic system and in private practice.  He has been a full-time faculty member at Logan since 2008, where he also worked as a clinician through the end of 2021.

Hailing from the south side of Chicago, Dr. Jula originally came to study at Logan, having been a full-time professional musician.  A guitarist by trade, he is conservatory-educated in classical composition with a minor in jazz guitar performance.  After hundreds of performances, he had started seeing a chiropractor for management of headaches and neck issues.  Having experienced such tremendous success as a patient, he decided to enroll as a student at Logan, with a special interest in being able to help his fellow musicians.

Dr. Jula’s passion for the Reinert Specific Diversified Technique came as a result of having sustained a low back injury while in his fourth trimester of study at Logan.  Still moonlighting as a musician, he had developed a lumbar intervertebral disc bulge after lifting heavy equipment.  This injury was successfully managed utilizing this specific adjusting technique, and he became asymptomatic within a matter of days.  Fueled by this pivotal and inspirational experience, Dr. Jula spent his final trimesters as a Logan student working as a teaching assistant to the diversified technique faculty, where he was also awarded the Logan College of Chiropractic Alumni Association’s Otto C. Reinert, DC Memorial Scholarship.

Since January 2022, Dr. Jula has been a full-time member of Logan’s Diversified faculty.  He believes that helping others to see the best within themselves is the most rewarding aspect of getting to work with students.  He also serves as Faculty Advisor to both Logan University chapters of the Student American Black Chiropractic Association and Chi Rho Sigma professional chiropractic fraternity.  Outside of Logan, Dr. Jula continues his work both in private practice and as a guitarist.

An Alabama native, Dr. Granger earned her Bachelor of Science from Alabama A&M University and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University.

In 2016, she founded The Chiro Place, which has grown from a single clinic into a multi-location chiropractic brand spanning multiple states. Her approach blends patient-centered care with strong operational systems, leadership development, and intentional culture-building—proving that sustainable growth requires more than clinical skill alone.

Dr. Granger is also the founder of ChiroBoss, a mentorship and training platform designed to equip chiropractors with the systems, mindset, and leadership skills necessary to thrive as business owners. Through ChiroBoss, she helps doctors move beyond survival mode into ownership-level thinking, emphasizing structure, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

As a speaker, Dr. Granger is known for her candid, practical insights into entrepreneurship, leadership, and systems-driven success. Her message challenges future chiropractors to Boss Up—to lead with purpose, build with intention, and create practices that support both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
